Any damaged, lost, or stolen gear will be charged to the renter at full retail price for replacement and/or repairs. We kindly ask renters to treat our equipment with respect to avoid any additional charges.

Absolutely! Depending on availability and the duration of your trip, you can rent our equipment for multiple days. Feel free to inquire about availability and pricing when making your reservation.

What makes stand-up paddleboarding (SUP) appealing?

Stand-up paddleboarding is widely regarded as the fastest-growing watersport globally. Its appeal lies in the freedom it offers, allowing individuals to reconnect with nature. It is also an excellent way to stay fit, as it develops core strength and balance.

How difficult is Stand-up paddleboarding?

Stand-up paddleboarding (SUP) can be relatively easy to learn, especially for individuals with good balance and basic water skills. If you have a good sense of balance, you'll find it easier to stand on the board and maintain stability while paddling. However, even if you don't have exceptional balance initially, with practice and proper technique, you can improve your stability on the board.

All renters over 18 years of age will be required to sign a release of liability waiver. Individuals under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. It's important to note that paddle-boarding is a water sport, and knowing how to swim is essential.

What is the right of refusal policy?

Proper attire is crucial for an enjoyable kayaking experience. We recommend wearing insulating, non-cotton tops and bottoms, such as garments made from Merino Wool or similar materials. Don't forget to bring a towel and a change of clothes in case you get wet. Additionally, ensure you have secure footwear that can handle water, a non-cotton hat or toque, sunscreen, sunglasses with a strap, and, if necessary, a strap for your prescription glasses.
